The Parks Professional Pathways program content is subject to change without notice.

Policy on Event Photography and Recording of Presentations

Photographs and recordings (audio and video) of Parks Professional Pathways may be produced and may include your recognizable image. BCRPA uses these recordings for its print and electronic promotional material, including on the Internet via the BCRPA website or other social media websites.

By registering for this event, you consent to be recorded through photographs, audio and/or video recordings taken during the Parks Professional Pathways Conference. These will be used for print and e-promotional materials and other commercial purposes by BCPRA to promote BCRPA, its courses and events.

Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations at any BCRPA event by a presenter or the audience including sessions, plenaries, keynotes, etc., without the express written consent of the Chair of the event or designated BCRPA staff is strictly prohibited.

Any authorized recording must be disclosed to the Delegates in attendance in that session, prior to the commencement of the presentation and only record the presenter, not the audience. Further, any authorized recordings may not be used for commercial purposes or posted on any open public media source. Conduct that violates this policy may be subject to sanctions pursuant to BCRPA’s disciplinary policies.
