2022 Call for Presentations

Are you interested in helping shape the largest BCRPA Conference of the year? We are looking for dynamic presenters to deliver education sessions at Symposium 2022 being held in-person in Whistler, May 4-6, 2022!

What we're looking for

Presentations should share knowledge, experience, and best practice techniques related to the work of recreation and parks. All presenters are required to incorporate delegate engagement into their presentations (i.e: engage participants in hands-on activities; break-out and group discussions; Q&As; etc.) and leave participants with practical solutions, and take-home tips for immediate implementation.

Help broaden the skill set, knowledge and expertise of the recreation and parks professionals across BC.

Deadline is Friday, September 10, 2021.

If you have question or for more information, please email Jewel Dimayuga.

Thank you for joining us!

Symposium 2021 was a stellar event with an unprecedented number of delegates - over 500! Thank you for joining us!

It was wonderful to learn from one another, celebrate our achievements, and spend some time virtually together. This year has been incredibly challenging for our sector, and the positive impact your work continues to have on the health and vitality of our communities is more important than ever.
