About Empower YOUth

What is Empower YOUth? Empower YOUth is BCRPA’s biennial conference organized specifically for anyone who works directly with youth and youth programming. Every other year, over 150 professionals in the youth sector attend this two-day conference to learn about best practices, leading edge programs, the latest approaches to youth programming, and critical services that can help in their daily work. 

Who Attends Empower YOUth? Attendees at Empower YOUth include ​youth workers, recreational programmers, outreach workers, youth counsellors, social service workers, teachers, activists, supervisors and more, who are looking to connect with new ideas, and with other peers and colleagues. 

What's new for Empower YOUth 2020? This year, Empower YOUth will be held as a virtual, live, interactive event, welcoming delegates from anywhere in the world!
