What's available:

Full Symposium registration includes daily morning refreshments, two lunches, refreshments at breaks, Wednesday evening Marketplace Expo Games & Cocktail Hour, Thursday evening Cocktail Reception, Thursday evening Banquet & Dance, and Friday Breakfast.
Wednesday Daily registration includes daily refreshments, Marketplace Expo Lunch and Marketplace Expo Games and Cocktail Hour.
Thursday Daily registration includes daily refreshments and Awards and AGM luncheon.

Separate fees and registration required for Active Socials on Wednesday May 3. Tickets to the Banquet & Dance on Thursday, May 4 are also available.

Guest tickets for meals and evening activities must be purchased separately.

Group Registrations

If you are registering a group of employees, please follow the instructions below.

Note: In order to meet the Early Bird deadline, your group registration information must be submitted by 4PM on March 10.

Step 1:
Submit Form

Please complete this form.

Step 2:
Pay Invoice

Once we have received the form, the administrator will be sent one invoice for the entire group. Invoices will be sent via QuickBooks.

Once payment has been received we will move onto step 3.

Step 3:
Registration

Once payment has been received, the BCRPA office will register your staff in their selected sessions.

If employees do not have a MyBCRPA account, one will be created on their behalf in order to complete the registration process.

BCRPA will email you once this has been completed.

Cancellations & Refunds Policy for Conference Registrations and Meal Tickets

A partial refund equal to 70% of the conference registration fee will be given for cancellations received prior to April 3, 2023.

Cancellations made starting April 4, 2023 are non-refundable.

Registrations are transferrable.

All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to the BCRPA office by email and received within the allotted cancellation times noted above.

Please note, attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Continuing Education Credits

BCRPA Fitness CECS, British Columbia Society of Landscape Architects (BCSLA) credits and Planning Institute of BC (PIBC) CPLs are available for attending Symposium.

In order to be eligible to receive CECs/CEUs, each individual is required to have their own registration.
