Registration Rates

Group Registrations

If you are registering a group of four employees or more, please follow the instructions below.

Note: Group registration information must be submitted by 12 noon on February 20.

Step 1:
Submit Form

Please complete this form.

Step 2:
Pay Invoice

Once we have received the form, the administrator will be sent one invoice for the entire group. Invoices will be sent via QuickBooks.

Once payment has been received we will move onto Step 3.

Step 3:
Registration

Once payment has been received, the BCRPA office will register your staff in their selected sessions.

If employees do not have a MyBCRPA account, one will be created on their behalf in order to complete the registration process.

BCRPA will email you once this has been completed.

Accommodation

Discounted room rates are available for delegates of Parks Professional Pathways at the Coast Hotel & Convention Centre.

Room rates start at $150 and are valid until February 2.

Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

A partial refund of 70% of the registration fee will be given for cancellations received prior to February 1, 2024.

Cancellations made starting February 2, 2024 are non-refundable.

Registrations are transferrable.

All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to the BCRPA office at by email and received within the allotted cancellation times noted above.
