BCRPA's Ripple Effects Aquatics Conference is the cornerstone of professional development for the aquatics sector in BC and is 1 of just 2 aquatic professional development events in Canada. 

Offered biennially, Ripple Effects is attended by upwards of 150 aquatics professionals looking to expand their knowledge, network and best practices with the latest information from the sector. Delegates gain in-depth knowledge on topics that support and complement their work and increases their value and contributions to the organizations they represent.

BCFit is BCRPA's premier fitness conference. It brings together fitness professionals, industry experts and influencers, and individuals interested in advancing their careers in fitness.

Delegates participate in one-hour active and lecture-style educational sessions with Q&A, and demonstrations. Every year, BCFit attracts both repeat and new attendees as it delivers valuable information that enhances delegates' knowledge and increases their value and expertise to their fitness clients and organizations.

Ripple Effects will spotlight staff recruitment and retention strategies, innovative programming, aquatic innovations, and mental health support.
BCFit will focus on inclusivity in fitness, health and wellbeing for target populations, and innovative training concepts.
