The BCRPA Playground Safety Awareness Course delivers essential training to help you spot hazards and identify non-CSA compliant installations.
Course Outline:
- Introduction, Overview and Taking Responsibility
- Understanding Hazards, Accidents and Causes
- The CSA Standard
- The Process of Inspection
- Group Inspection Exercise
- Review of Inspection Exercise, Evaluation and Conclusion
7.5-8 hours
10-20 participants
Includes a hands-on on-site inspection exercise. All attendees receive a certificate of participation.

BCRPA charges host organizations a course fee of $165 per participant, plus shipping based on location (see below).. Hosts may set their own public registration fee to cover administrative or facility costs.
While BCRPA covers the instructor’s teaching fee, the host organization is responsible for any associated travel expenses.
