#EmpowerYOUth2020 sessions are now 35 minutes long (plus 10 minutes for Q&A). You might be wondering why? Because it’s more impactful!

... And a little science. In today’s environment we have developed notoriously short attention spans. This was recognized by Chris Anderson who designed Ted Talks. Using Neuroscience and strategy he understood that this was long enough for a speaker to flesh out an idea, but short enough that a listener could take it in, digest it, and understand all of the important information. It's now a proven formula driven by science.
