Delta Grand Okanagan Resort and Conference Centre

1310 Water St, Kelowna, BC V1Y 9P3

Our theme this year, Cultivating Community Connections, refers to the community we have collectively created amongst recreation and parks members, as well as the community within which you work.
Symposium is the venue through which we cultivate our connections with each other; to learn, share, and improve what we do so that we most effectively enrich the lives of the people we serve through the services and programs we provide.
Symposium's education sessions, keynotes, panel discussions, and dialogues have all been created by a committee of your peers specifically for you.
They deal with the topics and issues you are facing in your profession today. The program has been set to enable you to learn not only from experts within and outside the field but also from colleagues and peers.
You'll have opportunities to engage in dialogue that will deepen your understanding of current trends and issues and arm you with new strategies and ideas to support the work you do in continually improving the health of your community.
Cultivate your community connections at 2017 Symposium.
