Come join the Tracks beginner walking group, the Regional District of Central Okanangan Parks Services, Keenfit, and others in our community for an introductory pole walking lesson and beautiful walk through the historic Gellatly Nut Farm Regional Park and along the West Kelowna waterfront! The Tracks walkers are a dedicated group of people from Kelowna and West Kelowna, who have chosen to seek health using the simple act of regular walking! They are in the midst of training and invite any and all in our community to join them on Tuesday May 10 to learn the sport of walking with poles as a way to improve health, gain confidence and make the most of your walking. All in a friendly, informal setting, in the beautiful Gellatly Nut Farm Regional Park. All in celebration of Move for Health Day, a day to get moving, to celebrate healthy active living and to learn how easy it is to fit physical activity in your life! Light refreshments served. Please call or email for more information or to register.
