Expired Registration

If a Fitness Leader does not meet the renewal criteria or fails to submit their renewal application with all required documentation and appropriate fee(s), their registration will expire. Leaders who have allowed their BCRPA registration to expire, will have to meet the same renewal requirements plus additional requirements depending on how long they have been expired.

NOTE: The BCRPA insurance policy does not cover leaders during time periods where they have allowed their membership, their CPR certification or their First Aid certification to expire.

* Renewal dates for the CPR and First Aid certifications depend on the expiration date set by the issuing certifier/s. If your certificate does not have an expiry date, the BCRPA will accept it as current for two years from the issue date. For insurance purposes, the BCRPA needs confirmation that the certificates are current at the time of your Fitness Leader renewal and that they remain current for the duration of your registration period (2 years).
