The ICE workshop is one of the requirements for those individuals who wish to obtain their Supervisor of Fitness Leaders (SFL) or Trainer of Fitness Leaders (TFL) designation. It teaches new SFLs and TFLs how to conduct ICE evaluations for fitness students.
There are three different ICE workshops; each is specific to a specialty module or modules, as follows:
Group ICE workshop – for those BCRPA registered fitness leaders wishing to become SFLs or TFLs in one of the group-related modules – Aquatic Fitness, Group Fitness, Yoga Fitness, or Pilates Fitness. For more information, please go here.
Weight Training ICE workshop – for those BCRPA registered fitness leaders wishing to become SFLs or TFLs in Weight Training. For more information, please go here.
Personal Training ICE workshop - for those BCRPA registered fitness leaders wishing to become SFLs or TFLs in Personal Training. For more information, please go here.
