This resources section is intended as a work in progress and as a space for fitness leaders to share ideas for how to run Boomer-Friendly Boot Camps. If you have photos, testimonials, program ideas or other resources you have used to run your own Boomer-Friendly Boot Camp and would like to share with other fitness leaders, please contact the Fitness Program Manager at BCRPA.

  • Sample Session Plan is a useful starting point to get a feel for what a Boomer-Friendly Boot Camp session might include
  • Participant Evaluation Form is a template you can use, or modify for use, at the end of your program to gain constructive feedback from participants
  • Participant Questionnaire is a template you can use, or modify for use, to collect baseline information about your clients at the beginning of your program. It can be used to supplement the health data you collect from ParQ.
