This resources section is intended as a work in progress and as a space for fitness leaders to share ideas for how to run Boomer-Friendly Boot Camps. If you have photos, testimonials, program ideas or other resources you have used to run your own Boomer-Friendly Boot Camp and would like to share with other fitness leaders, please contact the Fitness Program Manager at BCRPA.

- Sample Session Plan is a useful starting point to get a feel for what a Boomer-Friendly Boot Camp session might include
- Participant Evaluation Form is a template you can use, or modify for use, at the end of your program to gain constructive feedback from participants
- Participant Questionnaire is a template you can use, or modify for use, to collect baseline information about your clients at the beginning of your program. It can be used to supplement the health data you collect from ParQ.

- Poster Template (Male) enables you to write in your own program description, insert your organisation’s logo, and include a photo of your Boomer-Friendly Boot Camp instructor
- Poster Template (Female)
- Postcard (Male) is a smaller version of the poster, designed to be printed front-and-back on A5 sized paper and used as a hand-out
- Postcard (Female)
- Community media release template can be modified and used to promote your Boomer-Friendly Boot Camp if you are certain that you are the first organisation in your community to run the program
- Testimonials provides quotes from actual Boomer Friendly Boot Camp instructors that you can cut and paste into your own promotional documents
- Images provides photos from actual Boomer Friendly Boot Camps, as well as images of Boomers doing sport, that you can cut and paste into your own promotional documents. To receive individual high resolution copies of each photo, please email the Communications Assistant.
